Marketplace Items
The BrandAlley Marketplace allows our carefully selected partner sellers to offer you an additional range of products. Marketplace items are clearly labelled on the product page as 'Shipped from our partner'.
These sellers are responsible for managing your order, including shipping, delivery, and customer service.
Delivery timeframes and costs may vary by seller, you'll see the details clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
For any questions about your marketplace order, please contact the seller directly via your account.
Items available on pre-order means our suppliers send stock to our warehouse once you've placed your order. Because of this, delivery times can vary from sale to sale.
To see exactly when your item will arrive, please check the estimated delivery date (ETA) shown on the product page, in your basket, and at checkout.
If you order from more than one sale, we'll automatically split your order and ship items separately as they become available, so you receive each piece as soon as possible.
